ORDERS + SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY
- The majority of products are made to order and processing time for each order takes 3-5 business days. Please note this timeframe may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches, and promotions.
- Product prices do not include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States.
- Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of package. Final shipping costs will be calculated at check out. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply depending on location.
- Delivery times within the U.S. will range from 7-10 business days
- International delivery times will range from 10-20 business days
- We are not responsible for shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to international customs, transportation strikes and carrier delays.
- All purchases made are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Exceptions will be made if customers receive the wrong item or if an item has been damaged in transport.
